Crunches
So I have taken 3 weeks off from the gym and hit it with a vengeance for the second day in a row. My stomach muscles have really suffered from my little break. After all my crunches I feel like I have really bad gas and a stomach ache because my stomach muscles are retaliating from the torched I have put them through. You know, I hit the gym about 4 days a week when I’m committed day one I do crunches and run, day two I do chest and crunches and run, day three I do shoulders crunches and run, day four I do arms and crunches and run. It totals about maybe 6 hours a week and I’m all shredded up with a good diet. So why is it that when I role out in the world I see so many people lazy and stuffing their faces with fast food etc? Most people don’t know how amazing it feels to be in good shape, it’s like an addiction. I have forgotten and got lazy don’t get me wrong but still I always come back eventually. Its in the glands is what I hear on TV but what a load! Those people with gland problems aren’t getting any exercise most of the time.
